This new collection by Rimmel London only has 5 Shades. I picked up 04 which is a deep purple. The color reminds me a lot of my MAC Rebel.

Application was smooth, and full cover with just 2 coats, and I didn't feel like I needed to keep mashing it onto my lips. I wore it and had about 3 hours before I started to see if fading, that is with out eating. I really wouldn't call this a long lasting lip stick, I have some lip sticks and lip colors that I can wear for up to 8 hours before the color starts to fade and that is with eating and drinking. But with that being said I would still pick this color up again. I don't buy my lipsticks based on how long they last really, because I always want my lips to look like I just applied my color, so I'm always freshening up my lips.

L'Oreal Color Riche lipsticks are smooth and creamy. The finishes range from sheer to opaque. I have found all of my L'Oreal lip sticks to apply smooth, are non drying, and have a nice staying power. These three did take a few applications to get a nice coverage of color, I wouldn't call any of them opaque, but not quite sheer either.

This is actually the second Glam Eyes Shadow that I've purchased, the first one is Silver. I really love copper and bronze shadows.

The shadow has a great color payoff even without a base, but pops with a base. The wear time is great, I didn't have any issues with creasing as long as I use a base or primer. I have very oily eye lids so almost every eyeshadow will crease on me with out a base or primer.

I spotted these while shopping in Target, there was a total of 5 colors, I picked up these two to start. but after having them I plan on purchasing the other 3.

I love love love blushes! Loose, baked, pressed, cream, any form really! So when I saw this in Walmart I jumped!

I am very pale so even the lightest blushes show up on me, well this one needs lots of building. BUT that doesn't always mean it is bad! I tend to layer my blushes, meaning I wear 2 to 3 blushes at a time. This is wonderful for a light flush of color or to add a shimmer to your cheeks.

Lately I've had a big obsession with lip gloss. I have been buying like crazy! Well while in Walmart I came across Rimmel Stay Glossy, I picked up 4 colors: Black Diva, Timeless Allure, Fuchsia Fever, and Yours Forever.

OCC Lip Tar - S/S 2012 Garden Collection

The Garden Collection was released on 3/23/12 and has 5 lip tars
The color payoff for all of these colors is as always wonderful! I did have a bit of a struggle with Chlorophyll, but other than that WONDERFUL! My favorite is by far Belladonna, but I have worn Digitalis and Ophelia both to work and have gotten a lot of complements on the colors.

Makeup Storage - Video

I shot a quick video showing how I store my makeup. I recently got the 9 drawer Alex unit from Ikea, and I love it!!! Originally I was going to get 2 Helmers, this was because shipping from Ikea for the Alex unit was going to cost an extra $200!! But my loving hubby said we could take a trip up to Ikea and the Container Store, so we made the almost 2 hour drive, found Ikea, got lost in Ikea (that store I swear has its own zip code!!), found the Alex unit and I fell in love! I did look at the Helmers and while I still like them I think they would be better suited for my craft storage vs makeup and nail polish. OH!!
